Our rental fleet comprises 43 tank semitrailers for slurry and is possibly the largest in Germany and in Europe.
A lot has happened in our company in recent years.
One notable advance we have recorded is the doubling of our fleet of slurry tank semi-trailers. In the process, we have not only increased the number, but also considerably expanded the variety of variants. These changes are primarily the result of a dynamic market development.
Today’s slurry transports are carried out with the highest level of professionalism, with transport chains designed for optimal efficiency. Another decisive factor for our growth lies in the increasing regulation of the application times for liquid manure and fermentation substrate by the legislator. The tighter time windows require increased efficiency on the part of the contractors commissioned.
However, they cannot provide all the necessary transport technology in sufficient numbers themselves – and this is where we come in!

Our powerful slurry tankers from KÄSSBOHRER and SCHWARTE-JANSKY
- all with 3 axles, 1st axle lift axle and 3rd axle either caster steering or the electronic system WABCO OptiTurn.
- all with 30,000 litre capacity
- all with tanks of V2A stainless steel or higher quality
- all with suction funnel at the rear top in 8 or optionally in 10 inches
- all with large 6″ rotary lobe pumps from the manufacturers VOGELSANG or BÖRGER
Available either as a pressureless tank (this is the „normal“ one) or also as a pressure tank with 2 bar operating pressure. The pressure variant is used for transporting liquid slaughterhouse waste or food waste.
Other options include equipping the slurry tank semi-trailers with low-pressure or arable tyres. This is often colloquially referred to as a „manure shuttle“ or „manure taxi“. In addition, the spreading vehicles have become larger and larger, with booms up to 36 metres wide, in order to distribute the slurry efficiently on the fields. However, it is difficult to manoeuvre at the edge of the field to pick up slurry from a feed barrel and transfer it to your own tank for further spreading.

An additional remarkable innovation in our fleet is the slurry tank semi-trailer with its own suction arm. This semi-trailer is called a „high-performance feeder“ because, thanks to its own suction arm, it can pick up slurry directly from the tank in less than 3 minutes without having to attach hoses.
In Denmark, only such trailers are used for slurry transport, as there it is forbidden for the driver to get out of the trailer during the loading process. This has led to the development of the integrated suction arm on the trailer.
